About the Founder/CEO:
Rach Brosman is best known for creating Support Women DJs in February 2024, which has quickly grown into a global movement uplifting femme electronic artists through community-driven events, digital content, merchandise, educational programming, and strategic brand partnerships. Through this platform, Rach has been featured by EDM.com, Billboard, Beatportal, and more.
Rach manages tech-house artist Slaycey and owns a DJ studio in Brooklyn, providing a space for local DJs to practice their craft and host small-scale events.
Recognized as an industry leader and change-maker, Rach uses her social media channels to share advice for emerging DJs and advocate for gender equity in dance music.
She has spread her message as an established speaker at conferences including Amsterdam Dance Event & SHIFT Miami and interviewed artists such as Evan Giia, Mary Droppinz, & Stacey Hotwaxx Hale.
